At OCIC, we are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children. We believe that every child deserves to grow and thrive in a loving and supportive environment, and that's exactly what we provide at our family-style shelters.

Strong Foundation: At OCIC, we focus on providing a secure and loving home for our children, as well as ensuring their physical and emotional well-being through access to health care, nutrition, and other necessities.
Invest in the Future: Education is a key focus for OCIC, and we work to provide every child with the resources they need to succeed in school and beyond. We also teach our children about agriculture, helping them to develop skills that can support them in the future.
Cultivating Faith and Love: OCIC families attend church regularly and pray together, and our parents teach our children to love others as Jesus loves them. Our vision is to see Burundi transformed and every orphan home in Jesus' name.
Healthy Families: OCIC prioritizes the health and well-being of each child in our care. This includes providing food, vitamins, medication, and medical and dental care as needed. OCIC also plans medical and dental care trips to ensure that our children have access to the care they need.
Joyful Childhood: At OCIC, we believe that childhood should be fun, and we work to create opportunities for our children to laugh, play, and enjoy their childhood.
